During D23’s Star Wars panel, the first trailer for “The Mandalorian” season three was released. The trailer appears to come right off of the heels of where “The Book of Boba Fett” ended to pick up Din Djarin and Grogu’s adventures together going forward. We see Din return to Mandalore and encounter Bo-Katan once again. Bo-Katan does not look happy with Mando as she is probably still jealous over the loss of the Darksaber. We also see the return of Carl Weathers as Greef Karga who appears to be living large as he is dressed in very bodacious garbs. The one noticeable difference from this trailer is that it feels like we will see more Mandalorians in this season. Many groups of them are sprinkled throughout the trailer teasing we will get to learn about more groups and where they’ve been hiding. Nothing inherently crazy happened during the trailer but it was enough to get fans back in the world and ready for the upcoming season. “The Mandalorian” season three will be streaming sometime in 2023 on Disney Plus.
